There are many benefits to employing students straight out of school rather than at graduate level.

Under the age of eighteen, employers can only hire students as part of a work-based training programme, such as an Apprenticeship. Through apprenticeships, employees gain skills and qualifications and employers gain members of staff at a reduced rate, with specialist training.
