ICT Functional Skills is designed to equip you with the confidence and ability to use ICT systems and tools, and find, select, develop, present, and communicate information.
There are three entry levels and two levels within ICT Functional Skills.
Lessons
ICT Functional Skills is a hands-on course, and you will learn via task sheets and interactive worksheets where you will be given step-by-step guidance on how to complete a task.
Exams
ICT Functional Skills is assessed by a single, external, paper-based two hour test that's available on demand and completed at a computer.
What’s Next
ICT Functional Skills are a great way to introduce you to using a computer. Once you’ve completed a level you can move on to the next one, and they allow you to show that you are proficient at ICT within a workplace.
